- Classic Mojito – Top of the list for summer sipping! Probably the best white rum cocktail ever created, and you can make it even better with our Blackmoor Silver Rum!
- 50ml Blackmoor Silver Rum
- 25ml of fresh lime juice
- 12 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 25ml Soda
Method – Squeeze the lime into the glass, add syrup and mint to the glass and press them together. Add your crushed ice as desired. Pour Blackmoor Silver Rum and stir, Finish with the soda pour and garnish!
- Daiquiri Shaken – Second is a traditional shaken Daiquiri. Another white rum cocktail on our list of top 5 rum cocktails.
- 50ml Blackmoor Silver Rum
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons of Fine Sugar
Method – Add lime to the sugar and stir. Pour the Blackmoor Silver Rum and fill the shaker with Ice as desired. Shake! Strain into desired Dartington crystal glass.

- 50ml Blackmoor Silver Rum
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- 6 Strawberries
- 1 Cup of Crushed Ice
- 1 Strawberry to garnish
Method – As above just crush the lime with strawberries!
- Spiced Rum Punch – This will spice up all gatherings with this fruity but punchy spiced rum cocktail!
- 150ml Blackmoor Spiced Rum
- 75ml Blackmoor Silver Rum
- 5ml of Grenadine
- 150ml Orange Juice
- 75ml Cranberry Juice
- 150ml Pineapple Juice
Method – Mix all liquids in a large container, refrigerate until chilled, Add Ice to a Dartington crystal glass and garnish!
- Frozen Pina Colada – Tropical flavour, creamy an absolute must for the hot summer days. A rum cocktail for the summer!
- 50ml Blackmoor Spiced Rum
- 5ml Cream of Coconut
- 5ml Pineapple Juice
- 1 Full cup of Crushed Ice
Method – Blend all ingredients and garnish and serve!

- 50ml Exmoor Rum
- 2 Large Ice Cubes
- Add water to achieve desired ABV.
Method – Add Ice, Pour Rum and use water to set your ABV as desired.
