Made in our distillery on Exmoor we ferment the highest grade molasses in our purpose built fermentation tank and then distil the fermented molasses using a combination of pot and column distillation techniques to create a high quality spirit.

I might be the first to review the Exmoor Distillery’s excellent ‘Blackmoor Silver Rum’ but this is certainly not the first time I have purchased a bottle of the rum. For me, a great flavour and most enjoyable either as a stand alone drink ( with a couple of my metal ‘whiskey’ cubes from the freezer when I want it cooled – not ice cubes) or with a good quality mixer if my preference is for a long drink. Win-win!
